Shipping policy
Shipping
Within the USA:
- Orders take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped out. We ship UPS with a 1-4 day shipping time depending on where your order is being shipped to. Due to COVID-19, we are not responsible for shipping delays.
- We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for all domestic shipments.
- Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.
- Shipments will not go out on Saturdays or Sundays.
- Overnight orders placed on Friday past 11am are not guaranteed to get to you by Saturday.
- We will contact you by email if an item is out of stock or if we need additional information from you. We will issue you a refund to your original form of payment if the item is out of stock.
- Please verify that your shipping address is correct when you checkout. We are not responsible for orders being shipped to an incorrectly submitted address.

Weekends and Holidays
Shipments will not be processed or shipped out on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
Standard Shipping
We will process shipping orders once the address and credit card payment have been approved. Please allow 1-2 business days for shipments to be processed.
International Shipping
We ship internationally, but please be patient! After adding your address, several international shipping rates should become available to choose from.
Lost packages
We are not responsible for any items that show as delivered on the UPS tracking website. If your item is lost in the mail, please contact your local UPS location first. Next, you can file an insurance claim with UPS here. Insurance claims must be filed between 15-60 days from the date the package was delivered. UPS has the right to deny a claim if they show the item as delivered.
